Return Policy

At The Pink Daisy, our biggest goal is to well serve our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective or incorrect item, or items are missing from your order, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. 

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 14 days of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price greater than 20% is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.  Shoes must show no sign of wear and box must not be damaged.
  • Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume smoke, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please include your original invoice with a brief note as to why you are returning your item.
  • Send returns to:  103697 S Progress Rd Meeker, OK 74855.
  • If approved for return, a store credit code will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days after item is received. 
  • If you send an item back that does not qualify for a return, you will be responsible to call and pay a $5 return shipping fee. We will only hold non-returnable items for 14 days.

    Changing or Cancelling Your Order

    Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but cannot guarantee it will be possible.  We will try our best!  Contact us as soon as possible!

    Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed

    If you've already submitted your order and realize it was incomplete or you simply forgot something, please contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, and we will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order, but cannot guarantee.
